Cold Calling Assistant (HVAC Leads)

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to make cold calls for an HVAC service company in Los Angeles.

Your task will be to call property management companies and apartment complexes and ask who handles dryer vent cleaning and air duct cleaning for their buildings.

You will follow a simple script and collect contact information or email if the company is interested.

Requirements:
- Good English speaking
- Comfortable making cold calls
- Reliable internet connection
- Previous cold calling experience is a plus

Work details:
- 4 hours per day
- Part-time position
- Script and contact list will be provided
