Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Grant Research & Application Specialist to identify, research, and assist with submitting grant opportunities that align with our mission. The ideal candidate will help maintain a consistent pipeline of grant applications to support the growth of our financial literacy initiatives and community programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant grant opportunities weekly
- Review eligibility requirements and funding guidelines
- Assist in drafting and submitting grant applications
- Adapt existing grant materials to fit different funding opportunities
- Maintain a grant tracking spreadsheet for deadlines and submissions
- Organize grant documents and supporting materials
- Provide weekly updates on grant opportunities and submissions

Preferred Skills
- Experience researching grants or writing proposals
- Strong research and writing skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Experience with Google Docs or spreadsheets

Nice to Have
- Experience with nonprofit, financial literacy, or community programs
- Understanding of grant databases and funding opportunities

Work Schedule
- Flexible remote work
- Approximately 10–20 hours per week to start

Compensation
- Hourly (based on experience)
