Audit and clean the list on an ongoing basis — identify and suppress hard bounces, spam complaints, role-based addresses, and chronically unengaged contacts
Set up and maintain suppression lists and unsubscribe flows
Run re-engagement campaigns before suppressing cold subscribers
Build and maintain core segments: active subscribers, VIP buyers, lapsed customers, browse abandoners, product-specific interest lists
Tag contacts based on purchase history, engagement, and product interest
Collaborate with founder to develop custom segments for targeted promotions
Design and send one weekly newsletter — you will create visuals in Canva (or a tool of your choice) and build the email in Klaviyo
Write short, on-brand copy (founder will provide content direction and review)
