We are an outbound lead generation agency that helps digital marketing agencies connect with home improvement businesses (plumbing, pest control, roofing, and similar companies) who will benefit from the marketing help (SEO, Google Maps Ranking, Google Ads, Google Business Profile Optimization, etc.)
We are looking for a highly disciplined cold caller (aka. appointment setter) who enjoys speaking with business owners and booking qualified meetings.
You will not be working alone. You will be part of a structured calling system with scripts, materials, and ongoing support from experienced callers and the founder.
Your primary responsibility will be to contact business owners and determine whether they are open to taking on new jobs, then schedule appointments for our clients.
This is a long-term role with opportunities to grow into positions such as:
- Cold Calling Team Manager
- High-Ticket Sales Representative
- Internal Sales Coach
& others

2) Who You Will Be Calling?
You will contact home improvement contractors, including:
- Plumbing companies
- Pest control companies
- Roofing companies
- Similar residential service businesses
Your goal is to determine whether they have the capacity to take on additional jobs and schedule a meeting with our client if appropriate.
3) Your Responsibilities
Your work will include:
- Calling business owners using a provided lead list
- Following the provided scripts and frameworks
- Qualifying prospects based on simple criteria
- Booking appointments for our clients
- Logging calls and outcomes in the tracking sheet
- Participating in team feedback sessions
Tools you will use include:
- GoHighLevel
- Google Sheets
- Notion
- Google Workspace tools
4) Requirements
- Strong English proficiency with minimal accent
- Comfortable speaking with business owners
- Consistent work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow structured processes
- Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience
5) Preferred (But Not Required)
- Located in a United States time zone
- Experience calling local service businesses
- Familiarity with CRM tools
6) Work Structure
Part-time to start.
