In Insurance Lead Dialer / Appointment Setter (Remote)

About the Role

Alnahi Insurance Agency is looking for a reliable and motivated Insurance Lead Dialer to contact insurance leads and transfer interested customers to our licensed agents.

Your job is not to sell insurance. Your role is to call leads, confirm interest, and transfer the call to the agent.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable making a high number of outbound calls daily.

Responsibilities

• Call insurance leads provided by the agency
• Follow a simple call script
• Confirm basic customer information
• Transfer interested customers to a licensed insurance agent
• Leave voicemails and send follow-up texts when needed
• Record call outcomes in the CRM system
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone

Requirements

• Excellent English speaking skills
• Clear and confident phone voice
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Quiet working environment
• Ability to make 200–400 calls per day
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with cold calling or call centers preferred

Work Schedule

Must be available during U.S. business hours (Eastern Time).

Compensation

• $800 per month salary
• Potential performance bonuses based on successful transfers
