JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly experienced Housecall Pro specialist to set up and manage our service operations software.

Our company is a residential electrical contractor in the United States launching a new service department. We need someone who already has extensive experience using Housecall Pro for home service companies.

This role will involve:

• setting up Housecall Pro from the ground up
• organizing our price book
• managing scheduling and dispatch
• creating invoices and estimates
• tracking service KPIs
• assisting with customer communication

This is not a beginner role. You must have real experience using Housecall Pro for a service business.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up our Housecall Pro system
• Creating job categories and service types
• Building our service price book
• Creating customer profiles
• Scheduling and dispatching technicians
• Sending estimates and invoices
• Following up with customers for payments
• Sending review requests after jobs
• Tracking weekly service department metrics
• Maintaining clean and organized records inside Housecall Pro

You will be working directly with the owner to help build a highly organized service operation.

Required Experience

Applicants must have previous experience using Housecall Pro.

Required:

• Extensive experience using Housecall Pro
• Experience working with service companies (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Experience managing job scheduling and dispatch
• Experience creating estimates and invoices in Housecall Pro
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs

Preferred Experience

These are strong bonuses:

• Experience building Housecall Pro price books
• Experience tracking KPIs and reports
• Experience managing customer service workflows
• Experience working with contractors in the United States

Work Hours

Part-time or full-time depending on experience.

Typical hours:

US business hours preferred.

Compensation

$5–$8 USD per hour depending on experience.
