Job Overview
We are looking for a Remote Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience supporting recruitment for U.S.-based companies or international clients.
This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for remote positions while ensuring a professional and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple recruitment pipelines. In addition to executing recruitment activities, this role requires someone who can think strategically about sourcing approaches, candidate pipelines, and hiring processes, and communicate recommendations when adjustments may be needed.
This is a full-time remote contractor role aligned with U.S. Central Time (CST) business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing through interview coordination
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, professional networks, and proactive outreach strategies
• Post and manage job listings across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, OnlineJobs.ph, Upwork, JazzHR, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and role alignment
• Evaluate resumes and identify strong candidates for hiring manager review
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and accurate records within the ATS or recruitment tracking system
• Track recruitment activity including pipeline progress and candidate conversion stages
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support hiring managers by ensuring an efficient and well-coordinated interview process
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, or recruitment workflows when necessary
• Assist with hiring-related administrative tasks and onboarding coordination as needed
Required Qualifications
• 3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies or international clients
• Experience sourcing candidates for remote roles such as customer support, operations, sales, marketing, or technical positions
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, OnlineJobs.ph, Upwork, or similar recruitment tools
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as JazzHR or similar recruitment platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• High attention to detail when reviewing candidate profiles and resumes
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote work environment
Preferred Skills
• Experience recruiting across both U.S. and international talent markets
• Background recruiting for customer support, operations, eCommerce, marketing, or technical roles
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics such as candidate pipeline tracking and time-to-hire
• Experience conducting structured interviews and candidate evaluations
• Familiarity with onboarding coordination and hiring documentation processes

Work Schedule
This role follows U.S. Central Time (CST) business hours, Monday through Friday. Candidates must maintain consistent availability during scheduled working hours.
