We are expanding our team and looking for a highly capable Mortgage Loan Processing Manager who can confidently manage the end-to-end loan process from submission through settlement and post-settlement support.

Role Details
Position: AU Mortgage Loan Processing Manager
Employment: Full-Time | Work From Home
Location: Metro Manila preferred but not required
Salary: TBD (based on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Manila Time
During Australian Daylight Saving Time (DST):
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Manila Time
Key Responsibilities
You will manage the full loan processing lifecycle, including:
• Processing Australian home loan applications from submission to settlement
• Managing applications through CRM systems (Infynity preferred), Quickli, AOL, and lender portals
• Coordinating with clients, brokers, lenders, solicitors, and valuers
• Calling clients to follow up required documents or provide loan updates
• Contacting lenders or solicitors to progress applications
• Managing lender forms, supporting documents, and compliance checklists
• Maintaining accurate file notes and updates in the CRM
• Ensuring files meet Australian mortgage compliance standards (NCCP, ASIC, Privacy Act)
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• 3–5 years experience processing Australian mortgage loans (broker-side preferred)
• Experience using CRM systems (any CRM) — Infynity experience is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with Quickli, AOL, and lender portals
• Knowledge of refinance processes, discharges, FHOG, top-ups, and investor loans
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Confidence making phone calls to clients, lenders, and solicitors
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
• A reliable home office setup and stable internet
Applicants with experience working with Australian brokerages or aggregators (e.g. Aussie, Loan Market, Mortgage Choice, Connective, AFG, Finsure) will be highly regarded.
Preferred but not required
• Metro Manila based
• Experience handling complex loan scenarios (SMSF, trusts, investors)
