GoHighLevel Expert + Landing Page & Canva Designer

We are looking for a full-time GoHighLevel expert to manage and build systems inside our CRM.

You will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and building marketing assets across multiple accounts for our fitness businesses.

This is a long-term position for someone who is organised, proactive, and highly experienced with GoHighLevel.

Your Responsibilities

Daily management and administration of our GoHighLevel accounts, including:

• Building and editing funnels and landing pages
• Creating and updating automations and workflows
• Managing calendars and booking systems
• Creating and managing forms and surveys
• Building email and SMS templates
• Creating WhatsApp message templates

Design work will also include:

• Designing landing pages and funnel pages
• Creating Canva graphics for funnels and campaigns
• Creating image templates for marketing
• Improving page layouts and conversion design

You will also help with:

• Maintaining clean CRM systems
• Improving lead pipelines and automations
• Supporting new marketing campaigns and promotions

Required Skills

You must have strong experience with GoHighLevel including:

• Funnels
• Automations / Workflows
• Pipelines
• Calendars
• Forms / Surveys
• Email and SMS templates

You should also be comfortable with:

• Landing page design
• Canva
• Conversion-focused page layouts

Bonus if you have experience with:

• Fitness / gym marketing
• Lead generation funnels
• CRM system organisation
