We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Social Media Manager based in the Philippines to manage and grow our LinkedIn and Instagram presence. This role may expand to full-time.
Schedule:
4 hours per day, Monday–Friday
Must overlap US Eastern Time business hours
What You Will Do
Write and schedule LinkedIn and Instagram posts
Repurpose CEO ideas, case studies, and event content into strong B2B posts
Create simple branded graphics (Canva)
Post consistently and on schedule
Engage daily (like, comment, connect strategically)
Monitor messages and flag opportunities
Track performance and provide clear weekly reporting
Platforms
LinkedIn (primary focus)
Instagram
Optional: YouTube Shorts or X (repurposed content)
What We’re Looking For
Strong English writing skills (native-level tone)
Experience managing B2B LinkedIn accounts
Ability to write executive-level content (not generic captions)
Organized and deadline-driven
Comfortable working independently
Experience using Canva and scheduling tools
Bonus If You Have
Experience in corporate events, marketing, or B2B industries
Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM systems
Experience supporting US-based executives
