We are hiring a high-level Real Estate Deal Analyst to join our growing Boots on the Ground (BOTG) program supporting U.S. real estate investors.

This is NOT a basic data-entry or number-crunching role.

We are looking for someone who can think critically, make decisions, communicate confidently, and grow into a leadership or operations role within our organization.

Our company is building systems and automation that reduce repetitive analyst work. Therefore, this role is designed for individuals who can evolve beyond analysis into strategy, leadership, and process management.

This is a long-term remote position with significant growth potential.

???? Core Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming property opportunities for investment viability
• Perform comparable sales analysis and interpret market trends
• Estimate renovation costs using structured frameworks
• Build professional deal reports for U.S. real estate investors
• Identify risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations
• Communicate analysis insights clearly to internal leadership
• Assist in improving analysis workflows and internal systems
• Participate in operational discussions and team problem-solving
• Help train or guide future analysts as the team grows

• Thinks beyond templates and understands investment strategy
• Has strong written and spoken English (professional client-level communication)
• Can confidently explain analysis and defend conclusions
• Demonstrates leadership mindset and initiative
• Is comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
• Can handle responsibility and make judgment calls
• Is highly organized but also adaptable
• Wants long-term career growth, not just a remote job

? Preferred Experience

• Real estate wholesaling, flipping, or investment analysis
• Experience supporting U.S. real estate investors or companies
• Strong understanding of ARV, ROI, deal structuring
• Familiarity with PropStream, Privy, Zillow, Redfin, or similar tools
• Experience mentoring or leading small teams is a strong plus
