Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Brand Ambassador Recruiter to build, manage, and grow our team of Liquor Tasting Ambassadors who represent our brand at retail tastings, promotional events, and brand activations.

This role is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating brand ambassadors in person interview to ensure consistent, high-quality representation of the brand across retail locations and special events.

The ideal candidate has experience in recruiting, event staffing, brand ambassador programs, hospitality staffing, or beverage industry promotions.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Recruitment

• Source and recruit qualified Liquor Tasting Ambassadors / Brand Ambassadors
• Post job listings across platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and hospitality job boards
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and evaluate fit for brand representation

Onboarding & Training

• Coordinate onboarding for newly hired ambassadors
• Present ambassadors with brand messaging, tasting procedures, and compliance requirements
• Provide educational materials about product knowledge and brand story

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure ambassadors understand the importance of following state alcohol sampling laws and retail policies
• Ensure ambassadors are in agreeance to Maintain event staffing records and performance reports

Qualifications

Required

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple events and staff schedules simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced event-driven environment

Preferred

• Experience recruiting brand ambassadors or promotional staff
• Experience in spirits, beverage, hospitality, or event marketing industries
• Knowledge of retail liquor store promotions or alcohol sampling programs
• Existing network within hospitality or promotional staffing communities
