Video Editor

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based digital marketing agency looking for a talented Video Editor to join our team. Your main responsibility will be editing short-form video content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

We produce marketing videos, ad creatives, and social media content for multiple clients. We need someone who can take raw footage and turn it into engaging, high-converting content.

This position is long-term for the right person who is reliable, creative, and able to work quickly while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos for social media platforms
Create engaging cuts, transitions, and pacing for viewer retention
Add captions, graphics, and motion elements to videos
Edit marketing videos and ad creatives
Optimize videos for different platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Facebook ads)
Organize footage and project files
Deliver videos on time according to deadlines
Collaborate with our team to improve video performance

Requirements

Experience editing short-form social media videos
Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and viewer retention
Ability to add captions and simple motion graphics
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing software
Good internet connection and ability to upload/download large files
Good English communication

Preferred Skills

Experience editing ads or marketing content
Experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or After Effects
Experience working with marketing agencies

Compensation

Monthly salary based on experience with opportunity for long-term work and growth within the company.
