Part-Time AI Content & Data Entry Assistant (Fashion Ecommerce)

Job Overview

We are hiring a detail-oriented and creative Virtual Assistant to help with product uploads and content creation for our fashion brand Rhouge.

This is a simple and repeatable task-based role using AI tools to generate product descriptions and images, then entering that data into our Shopify store.

The work is structured and supported by a clear step-by-step SOP, so once trained, the process becomes fast and easy.

Responsibilities

Your main task will be uploading and preparing products for our Shopify store.

This includes:

• Following a step-by-step SOP process
• Generating product descriptions using AI tools
• Generating product images using AI tools
• Uploading product data into Shopify
• Entering product information into spreadsheets

Most of the work involves AI prompting, light creativity, and careful data entry.

Work Schedule

• Part-time role
• Approximately 2.5 hours per day
• Flexible schedule as long as tasks are completed consistently.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly detail-oriented
• Comfortable using AI tools
• Organized and able to follow SOP instructions
• Reliable and responsive
• Has stable internet
• Has experience with data entry or ecommerce (preferred but not required)

Bonus if you have experience with:

• Shopify
• Higgsfield.ai
• ChatGPT
• Google Sheets
