JOB OVERVIEW

Video Editor for High-Converting Facebook and Short-Form Ads

We’re looking for a performance-driven video editor to help MindsetStack create short-form Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ads that convert.

This role is about hooks, pacing, clarity, and scroll-stopping edits.

What You’ll Be Editing

- 15–60 second short-form ads
- Platforms: Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok
- UGC-style, product-focused, conversion-driven creatives

Ads that rely on:

- Strong hooks in the first 1–3 seconds
- Clear visual storytelling
- Fast pacing, captions, and pattern interrupts

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience editing eCommerce or digital product ads
- Strong understanding of hooks, retention, and ad pacing (cutting dead air, tightening beats, syncing to music)
- Comfortable editing UGC-style videos
- Experience adding captions/subtitles, simple motion graphics, and light sound effects when appropriate
- Own video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)
- Reliable internet and ability to hit deadlines

Test Task
