Hello!
We are a licensed real estate company in Japan working with international clients who are interested in purchasing property in Japan, including affordable houses and akiya (vacant homes).
We are looking for a Social Media Research & Outreach Assistant who can help us identify community leaders within foreign resident communities in Japan.
Many foreigners ask community leaders about housing and property investment in Japan.
Your job is to find these community leaders online and send them introduction messages about a partnership opportunity.
This is NOT a sales job.
Your role is research and outreach.
Main Responsibilities
• Research foreign resident communities in Japan on
• Identify people who support foreigners (interpreters, visa support, community organizers, etc.)
• Review their profiles to confirm they are active community members
• Send outreach messages introducing our partnership opportunity
• Track contacts and responses
• Notify the team when someone is interested
What You Will Research
You will search for people who:
• Help foreigners living in Japan
• Provide services such as translation or visa support
• Organize community events
• Manage foreign community groups
• Frequently answer questions from foreigners
These people often act as trusted advisors within their communities.
