We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Appointment Setter (English/Spanish) with sales experience to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling in-home consultations for our sales team. Your role is critical in driving revenue growth and creating meaningful opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to homeowners from provided leads.
Achieve a minimum activity target of 120 outbound calls per day.
Qualify prospects and identify interest in impact windows and doors.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives.
Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email.
Maintain accurate notes in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly booking targets.
Requirements:
Fully bilingual (English & Spanish) with fluent speaking skills.
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confident, professional phone presence.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic CRM and computer skills.
Compensation:
$400 Base Salary + Commissions
