Social media account manager

We manage Instagram accounts for clients at scale. You will handle account setup, daily engagement, posting pre-supplied content, and logging activity in Airtable. Full SOPs are provided for every task. You do not create content — just execute the daily workflow accurately and consistently.

YOUR DAILY TASKS
• Set up new Instagram accounts following our step-by-step SOP
• Run daily engagement routines across your assigned accounts
• Post Reels and Stories using content provided via Google Drive
• Log all activity and stats in Airtable every day
• Flag any account issues in Slack immediately
• Submit a short end-of-day report each shift

YOU MUST HAVE
• Experience managing multiple Instagram accounts at the same time
• Airtable or Google Sheets experience
• Reliable internet and a PC or laptop
• Available during US hours
• Strong written English
• Highly organised and able to follow SOPs without shortcuts
