Marketing & PR

We are looking for a part-time assistant with skills in marketing, communications, content creation, and PR. You’ll support our social media engagement, influencer and media outreach, and help with light copywriting, SEO content, and admin tasks. This is a long-term, remote role for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and aligned with our mission.

What You'll Do
* Publish blogs with correct formatting, SEO fields, and internal links
* Research keywords (Ubersuggest or similar) and align topics with search and purchase intent
* Track priority keywords weekly and report on movement and actions taken
* Create simple on-site resources (guides, checklists, printables) that support conversion
* Create polished Canva assets using brand templates (blog images, IG story slides, graphics)
* Create & publish content to social media (instagram, tiktok)

Requirements
* Strong English writing skills with a warm, parent-friendly tone
* SEO fundamentals
* Canva skills — you produce clean, polished assets quickly
* Organized and consistent; comfortable working from SOPs and templates

Blogging, SEO Tools, Instagram/TikTok, Canva, Shopify, ClickUp

Nice to Have
* Familiarity with Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity, Bloggle, Ubersuggest, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, ManyChat
* Conversion and funnel thinking — you understand how content drives purchases
* Basic email marketing
