Highly Experienced Video Editor and Trained Graphic Designer (less than 25 hrs per week)

We’re looking for an experienced and skilled video editor with graphic design training to join our team. This is a fast growing personal development brand at the intersection of healing and high performance.

Duties include:
- Long form editing (hybrid podcast / talking head / vlog style) - high retention YouTube videos
- Short form repurposing (shorts, reels)
- Graphic design for social media (carousels, quote posts and pins from templates)
- Uploading to scheduler, writing captions.

You’ll be working in focus blocks with a small Philippines-based team in an online coworking space.

Hours are 7am-noon Manila time with 50 min work, 10 min breaks each hour. So you are scheduled for 5 hours but essentially are working 4 (because you get almost an hour off in breaks).

- You must be available to *focus solely on this brand during these hours*.
- (Do *not* apply if you will be working on other tasks during this time. It will not be tolerated so let's not waste each others time.)

The editing style is restrained and elegant but retention focussed. Performance based editing is a must, but style is paramount. You must have skills with on screen text, simple animations, graphics etc. and a good eye for style and detail.

This is a permanent position that starts at 36,000 PHP per month (or 8,000 per week). Wage increase (to 41,625 PHP per month - so 9,250 per week) and paid time off available after 3 months. Percentage based bonuses are given out yearly as are raises.
