Real Estate Media Post-Production Manager & Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized Post-Production Manager & VA to oversee the end-to-end workflow of our real estate photography business. You will be the bridge between our three field photographers, our editing tools, and our clients. You will manage orders within HDPhotoHub, oversee quality control for photos and videos, and ensure every "add-on" (like virtual twilights or floor plans) is uploaded accurately and on time.

This role begins with high-level photo editing and order management, offering the opportunity to expand into Social Media Management as you master our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order & Workflow Management (HDPhotoHub)

Logistics: Monitor HDPhotoHub daily to track new orders and ensure every line item (photos, floor plans, Zillow tours, etc.) is accounted for.

Data Tracking: Maintain internal spreadsheets to track project status, video editor assignments, and delivery deadlines.

File Routing: Organize and share assets via Dropbox with external video editors and ensure returned files are placed in the correct property folders.

2. Photo Editing & Enhancement (AutoHDR & Adobe)

AutoHDR Processing: After photographers upload all images to AutoHDR for processing, modify edits using fine-tuning sliders (temp, brightness, sharpness, contrast, etc.) to achieve a consistent look.

Specialized Edits: Perform or oversee "add-on" edits

Green Grass Replacement and Virtual Twilights (created in AutoHDR)

Fireplace inserts for luxury properties (created in AutoHDR)

Boundary Lines: Use Adobe software to draw precise property lines on aerial photos.

Final QC: Conduct a final quality check for color, distortion correction, advanced object removal (if requested, e.g., clutter, cords), and image reordering before uploading to Dropbox/HDPhotoHub

3. Video Quality Assurance

Review: Watch all real estate highlight videos to ensure they are free of glitches, exported correctly, and maintain high production standards.

Proofreading: Check all on-screen text, lower thirds, and titles for spelling and grammatical errors (e.g., agent names, addresses).

Delivery: Ensure video files link correctly within the HDPhotoHub delivery system.

4. Social Media & Brand Growth (Expansion Phase)

Content Creation: Once comfortable with the production workflow, utilize Canva to create engaging posts, "Just Listed" graphics, and "Before & After" reels.

Platform Management: Schedule and post content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to showcase our photographers' best work.

Engagement: Help maintain the brand voice and interact with our community of realtors.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Proficiency: Experience with Adobe Photoshop is required. Familiarity with HDPhotoHub, AutoHDR, Dropbox, and Canva is a significant advantage.

Detail Obsession: You must be the type of person who notices a typo in a 2-second clip or a crooked wall in a photo.

Communication: Excellent written English for proofreading and internal coordination.

Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple "moving parts" (photos, videos, floor plans) for 3 different photographers simultaneously.

Working Conditions

Remote/Work from Home
Training: 7am -10am (PHT), Tuesday-Saturday, first two weeks, using Google Meet
Once Trained: Work can be begin no earlier than 7am (PHT), but all work must be completed by 8pm (PHT), Tuesday -Saturday
