Social Media Manager

Turf Bros is a family owned premium lawn care and garden maintenance business in Perth, WA, focused on delivering stunning lawn transformations south of the river. We're growing our online presence and need a reliable offshore VA to help create engaging short form content that showcases our work.

This is a flexible, part time role ongoing.

Key Tasks:

Manage social media (mainly Instagram, Facebook, linkedin, tiktok & potentially youtube): Create/schedule posts, write captions/hashtags, engage followers, track basic performance.

>Facebook community groups: Posting, recording and tracking >facebook community groups with spreadsheets for daily advertising to help us fill our schedule.

Handle video content: Edit or compile raw job footage into longer highlights if needed, then use AI tools (e.g., Opus Clip, CapCut, Vizard.ai) to auto-generate Shorts/Reels/TikToks with captions, effects, and branding.
Upload/schedule the AI-generated shorts and other content across platforms.
Basic admin - light research for content ideas



Requirements:

Experience with social media management and short-form video (Reels/TikToks/Shorts).
Familiar with AI video tools for repurposing long videos into clips (e.g., Opus Clip, CapCut, VEED, Klap. Experience with any is a plus; we'll guide on our preferred ones).
Proficient in CapCut/InShot or similar for minor tweaks, Canva for graphics, Google Workspace.
Strong English (written/spoken), proactive, detail-oriented, reliable deadlines.
Good internet, quiet setup for occasional Zoom/Slack.
Portfolio/examples of social posts or edited shorts required (lawn/outdoor content a bonus).
