???? Your Role (Very Important)
You are not responsible for selling the full service.
Your responsibility is to:
• Quickly generate interest
• Create curiosity about the solution
• Build urgency with the prospect
• Qualify the business owner
• Book a demo appointment
Your job is to sell the appointment.
Once the meeting is booked, our team handles the closing.
You open the door — we close the deal.

Base Pay
$50 per week
Paid bi-weekly
Sign-On Bonus
$100 sign-on bonus for new hires.
Recurring Commission
Earn $10 per sale in recurring monthly commission
Paid every month
You will receive $10 per active client every single month for as long as:
• The client remains active
• You continue working with the company
Your commissions stack continuously with no cap.
This role is ideal for individuals who want control over their income and long-term earning potential.
Client retention rate: approximately 90%.

If you average 5 sales per week (20 per month):
Month 1
Active Clients: 20
Recurring Commission: 20 × $10 = $200
Base Pay: $200
Total: $400
Month 2
Active Clients: 40
Recurring Commission: $400
Base Pay: $200
Total: $600
Month 3
Active Clients: 60
Recurring Commission: $600
Base Pay: $200
Total: $800
Month 4
Active Clients: 80
Recurring Commission: $800
Base Pay: $200
Total: $1,000
Month 5
Active Clients: 100
Recurring Commission: $1,000
Base Pay: $200
Total: $1,200
Month 6
Active Clients: 120
Recurring Commission: $1,200
Base Pay: $200
Total: $1,400

And it continues growing every month as long as you maintain consistent performance.
After 12 months at the same pace:
Active Clients: 240
Recurring Commission: $2,400
Base Pay: $200
Total Monthly Income: $2,600+
And the recurring commissions continue stacking beyond that.

Minimum activity requirements:
• 100 outbound calls per day
• 5 days per week

This is a volume + performance-based role.

The prospecting tools allow you to:
• Pull targeted local business leads
• Filter by industry and geographic location
• Extract verified contact information
• Build organized outreach lists

You will be working with structured systems — not guessing.

?? Qualifications (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (appointment setting and/or closing)
• High-speed, reliable internet connection
• Quiet workspace with minimal distractions
• Strong self-motivation and work ethic
• Comfortable with rejection and high call volume
• Strong English communication skills
