Prior Authorization Specialist

We are looking for a Prior Authorization specialist to join our team in a virtual capacity. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, high energy, and proficiency in English. In this role, you will check prior auths for approvals or denials, Process approved prior authorizations, follow up with clients and providers to obtain medical records, ans submit appeals for denied prior authorizations.

Requirements:
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Reliable internet connection (minimum 150 Mbps)
High level of professionalism and organization
Medical and customer service experience preferred (not required)

Pay and Benefits:
Pay is $3.00/hour
120 hours of accrued PTO each year.
9 paid us holidays each year
