Cleaner Operations Specialist

Cleaner Optimization Specialist (Remote)
Pay: $3.25 – $4.00 per hour (depending on qualifications)
We are looking for a Cleaner Optimization Specialist to help recruit, manage, and optimize our network of independent cleaners.
This role focuses on recruiting cleaners, outreach, interviews, onboarding, tracking, retention, and collecting required documents from cleaners.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit new cleaners through outreach and sourcing
Message and follow up with potential cleaners
Conduct phone interviews with cleaners
Help onboard new cleaners
Track cleaner information and performance
Maintain strong relationships with cleaners
Ensure all required documents are collected (W9, insurance, etc.)
Help retain reliable cleaners long-term
Requirements
Excellent English speaking ability (not decent — excellent)
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Very detail oriented
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Preferred
Experience working with a cleaning company
Experience recruiting or managing contractors
