Cold Caller & Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cold Caller & Lead Generation Specialist with extensive knowledge of the NYC Real Estate market. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, capable of communicating effectively with native New Yorkers. Responsibilities include cold reach outs, probates, farming landlords for rentals, expired listings, and developers. You will work closely with our assistant to organize lead calls and appointments. This is a part-time or full-time position, and we are looking to hire as soon as possible.

Deliverables
Must have own dialer or CRM
Conduct cold calls to generate leads
Organize and set lead calls and appointments
Engage with probates, landlords, and developers
Utilize knowledge of NYC real estate market
Collaborate with assistant for lead management
