JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
Once a client sends an inquiry, you take ownership of the process.
And get the order from the client based on your sourcing and negotiation skills.

You will:
Review client RFQs and technical requirements
Identify suitable manufacturers/vendors (USA & China)
Request and negotiate vendor quotations
Compare pricing, lead times, and specifications
Prepare professional commercial quotations
Send quotes to clients
Follow up consistently until order confirmation
Coordinate internally once PO is received
You are the bridge between procurement and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound client inquiries daily
Maintain vendor database and develop new vendor sources
Track multiple quotations simultaneously
Ensure pricing accuracy and margin targets
Follow up aggressively but professionally
Maintain organized documentation and CRM updates

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in oil & gas, industrial equipment, or trading companies
Strong commercial understanding
Excellent email communication skills
Highly organized and responsive
Able to manage multiple RFQs at once
Comfortable negotiating with suppliers
Detail-focused — mistakes in specs or pricing are unacceptable
