Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Construction Estimator. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and comprehensive project estimates. Additional responsibilities include analyzing project documents, managing budgets, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring that all elements of the construction scope are accounted for in pricing. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to deliver timely and precise project estimates.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
• Strong written and spoken english communication skills for liaising with clients, architects, suppliers, and team members
• Strong capability in analyzing blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Proficiency in relevant estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of US commercial construction is highly preferred
• Experience in actual commercial construction projects (e.g., interior retail renovations, fit-outs, etc.) is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture
