Summary
We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Media Buyer to manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms for our clients and our own agency's lead generation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in social media advertising, a strong understanding of campaign strategy, and speaks excellent English.
This is a part-time role requiring approximately 5-7 hours per week. Hours may increase as we onboard new clients.

Deliverables
Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (client work + agency lead gen)
Create and iterate on ad creatives using Canva — a strong eye for design is a must
Update and test new ad creatives and copy variations
Analyze campaign results and report on performance
Install and troubleshoot Meta Pixels using Google Tag Manager
Document processes by creating SOPs using Notion and Loom
Requirements
Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns
Proficient in Canva with a strong visual/creative eye
Experience with Google Tag Manager (pixel/event setup)
Familiar with Notion and Loom for documentation
Excellent written and spoken English
Fast, responsive communicator — speed is non-negotiable
