4 weeks initially, with potential extension

Up to $25 USD per hour depending on experience

About the Role
We are looking for a HighLevel CRM Architect and Automation Specialist to help us design and optimise our automation infrastructure before we onboard new clients.

This is not just a task execution role.

We want someone who can step back, understand the bigger picture, and help us design a scalable system architecture inside HighLevel that supports marketing automation, onboarding systems, lead generation, and client delivery.

If you enjoy solving complex workflow problems and designing elegant systems, this role will suit you perfectly.

Project Objective
During the 4-week engagement you will help us:

• Review our current HighLevel setup
• Design a scalable architecture framework
• Improve automation systems
• Implement advanced workflows
• Document the system for our team

Your work will help define how our agency uses HighLevel moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

System Architecture
Review and redesign the current HighLevel structure including:

• Pipelines
• Custom Objects
• Contact structure and tagging logic
• Automation frameworks
• Client onboarding workflows

Advanced Automation Design
Build or improve:

• Multi-step onboarding automations
• Lead nurturing sequences
• CRM automation systems
• Client reporting automations
• Referral and growth workflows

Integration & APIs
Connect HighLevel with external systems using:

• APIs
• Webhooks
• Zapier / Make
• Other third-party tools

Documentation
Create clear documentation for:

• Automation frameworks
• System architecture
• Naming conventions
• Best practices for the internal team

Technical Guidance
Act as the HighLevel expert within the team, advising on:

• better automation strategies
• workflow improvements
• system scalability

Required Experience
• 4+ years of GoHighLevel experience
• Experience building complex workflows
• Experience with Custom Objects
• API / webhook integration experience
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams



Nice to Have
• SaaS automation architecture experience
• Agency automation experience
• Agile / Scrum familiarity
