Technical Project Manager (Software Development)

We are a growing software development company building products for clients in Europe and the United States.
We work with a distributed team of developers located across the world (mainly India), including backend, frontend, full-stack, and QA engineers.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can organize projects, communicate with developers, and lead client calls.
You will work directly with the CEO and play a key role in managing our development team and delivering projects successfully.
Your Responsibilities

• Join client calls with the CEO to understand technical requirements
• Translate client requirements into clear tasks for the development team
• Identify missing technical details and help define the scope of work
• Manage developers across multiple projects (backend, frontend, full-stack, QA)
• Run daily check-ins with developers to track progress
• Ensure tasks are delivered on time and with high quality
• Organize and manage project workflows using tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Notion, or similar
• Lead weekly update calls with clients in English
• Present development updates and timelines to clients
• Solve blockers and keep projects moving forward

What We Are Looking For

• Strong understanding of software development workflows
• Experience managing remote developer teams
• Ability to translate non-technical client requests into technical tasks
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Organized, proactive, and reliable
• Comfortable leading client meetings and technical discussions

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international clients (US / Europe)
• Experience managing outsourced development teams
• Background as a developer or technical lead
