Video Ad Editor (Meta Ads) | Remote | Long Term

We are a fast growing European e-commerce company looking for a Video Ad Editor who can turn raw footage and product clips into high converting social media ads.
This role will start as part time during a trial period so we can see how well we work together. If the collaboration is successful, the position can grow into a long term role and eventually full time with additional responsibilities.
We are looking for someone reliable who wants to build a long term working relationship, not just short term freelance work.

Your main task
Your main responsibility will be editing short form video ads for platforms like:
• Facebook
• Instagram
You will receive raw footage, product videos, scripts or creative direction, and your job is to transform this into high performing ad creatives.
Typical ads will be 15 to 45 seconds long and optimized for performance marketing.

Responsibilities
• Edit short form video ads for Meta platforms
• Create engaging hooks in the first 3 seconds
• Add subtitles, captions and motion graphics
• Cut content to improve pacing and watch time
• Follow ad creative trends
• Export in correct formats for Meta ads
Later responsibilities may include:
• Uploading ads to Meta Ads Manager
• Organizing creative testing
• Supporting marketing tasks

Requirements
• Strong video editing skills
• Portfolio showing ad style videos
• English level C1 or higher
• Experience with short form advertising content
• Ability to follow creative direction

Big advantage if you have experience with
• Meta Ads Manager
• Editing ads for European markets (very different from US style ads)
• AI voice tools like ElevenLabs (For creating ads in multiple language)

Work structure
This role will start as part time during a trial period so we can get to know each other and see how well we work together.
If the collaboration is successful, the role can grow into a long term position and eventually full time with additional responsibilities within our marketing team.
We are looking for someone who is interested in building a stable, long term working relationship, not just short term freelance work.
Hourly rate: $4 to $6 depending on experience

We currently work with a small international team including tea ---------- mbers in Europe and the Philippines, and we are looking to expand our creative team.
Our goal is to build a small group of talented people we can work with long term.
