DM Setter

We are hiring a DM Setter with proven experience. Do not apply if you have no prior DM setting experience.

Our company is rapidly growing and is approaching AUD $1M in monthly revenue, so we need someone who can handle a fast-paced environment and deliver results.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound DM conversations
Start conversations, qualify leads, and move them toward booking calls
Follow our scripts and sales process
Manage multiple conversations at the same time
Ensure qualified leads are passed to the sales team

Work Details

Full-time position (30–40 hours per week)
Starting pay: $3.50 AUD per hour
Additional commission and performance bonuses per sale
Flexibility to work weekends or overnight shifts is required when needed

Requirements

Must have prior experience as a DM Setter
Strong written English
Must be organized and responsive
Stable internet connection
Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment
