Online-based, US-based jewelry brand

This is a high-paced and sometimes high-stress role, especially during busy periods like viral posts, product launches, or shipping delays. You should be comfortable learning new tools quickly, adapting to changing priorities, and solving problems independently.

If you have prior Shopify experience (checking orders, editing orders, creating discount codes, etc.), I expect you to be able to fully onboard within approximately 4 hours and begin assisting with tasks the same day.

There is also significant room for growth in this role. As our brand continues to scale, this VA position may evolve into managing and training additional VAs who support customer service and operations.

Job Scope:
Respond to customer emails and DMs in a timely, thoughtful manner:
• Handle exchanges, sizing questions, and return requests
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and lost packages
• Address reviews with care and professionalism
• Document recurring issues and suggest improvements
Work inside Shopify, Redo, and other support platforms
Find influencers on Instagram and TikTok
