This role is not simply administrative.
We are looking for a technical and marketing-oriented project manager who understands lead generation systems, digital marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.

The ideal candidate will help coordinate and optimize marketing operations for our international brands.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Project Manager / Digital Operations Manager will oversee marketing systems, digital campaigns, and operational workflows while working directly with leadership.

This position requires someone who understands how modern digital marketing ecosystems work, including paid advertising, CRM automation, funnel systems, and website development.

You will coordinate marketing activities, optimize lead generation systems, and ensure projects move efficiently from planning to execution.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation & Marketing Systems

Manage and coordinate lead generation campaigns including:

• Meta (Facebook / Instagram) advertising campaigns
• Google Ads campaigns
• Lead funnels and landing pages
• CRM pipeline management
• Conversion optimization

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring campaign performance
• Coordinating marketing specialists and ad managers
• Optimizing funnels and customer acquisition systems
• Ensuring leads flow correctly into CRM systems

Experience with med spa or local lead generation campaigns is a strong advantage.

Marketing Automation & CRM Systems

The candidate must have experience working with:

GoHighLevel

Responsibilities include:

• Managing CRM pipelines
• Building lead funnels
• Managing automation workflows
• Creating email and SMS automation campaigns
• Lead tracking and follow-up systems
• Appointment booking systems

Experience managing marketing automation and client pipelines is essential.

Digital Advertising Coordination

The candidate must have experience coordinating or managing:

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager)
• Google Ads campaigns

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating campaign launches
• Monitoring performance metrics
• Managing creative testing
• Tracking lead acquisition costs
• Coordinating with designers and ad specialists

This role does not necessarily require running campaigns personally but requires deep understanding of campaign structure and optimization.

Website Development & Design Coordination

The candidate must have experience working with website development and web design.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating website development projects
• Managing landing page creation
• Optimizing conversion-focused landing pages
• Working with designers and developers
• Updating website content and structure

Experience with platforms such as:

• WordPress
• Shopify
• Landing page builders
• Funnel builders

Basic knowledge of UX, UI, and conversion optimization is required.

Project Management & Workflow Systems

You will coordinate projects across marketing, web development, and operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and managing project timelines

COMPENSATION
