Location: 100% Remote — Work From Anywhere. Part-time, and Full-time is welcomed.
Pay Structure: $20–$100 USD per qualified lead submitted (no cap)
Hourly Base: $2-$3/hr
Average Earnings: ~$11/hr for reps submitting just 2 leads/day, 5 days/week
Payment Schedule: Bi-weekly via direct transfer

Why This Role Stands Out:
No hourly cap. No income ceiling. You earn $22–$100 per qualified lead with zero limit on how many you can submit. The only thing limiting your income is how many leads you generate.

Real earning example: A rep submitting just 2 leads per day at our average payout of $40/lead earns $80/day — that is approximately $11/hr on a standard 40-hour work week, working 5 days a week. Reps who submit more leads or generate higher-quality leads that land in the $50–$100 range earn substantially more. Our top individual VA makes >$2,500/week.

What You Will Be Doing:
Your job is straightforward:
• Generate motivated seller leads across the United States using any legal method you choose (cold calling, email outreach, Facebook ads, SEO, direct mail, referrals, etc.)
• Qualify each lead to our specifications — the seller must verbally confirm on a recorded line (1) they are interested in selling and (2) they are willing to have someone view the property within 14 days OR speak with an investor by phone within 7 days
• Verify the lead is not a duplicate already in our system before submitting
• Submit the lead through our internal dashboard along with a call recording and qualifying information
• Receive instant payout upon lead approval

That is the entire workflow. Generate. Qualify. Verify. Submit. Get paid.

How You Generate Leads Is Up to You
We do not tell you how to find leads. This role is ideal for people who specialize in one or more of the following:
• Cold calling
Email outreach
Facebook / social media advertising
• SEO or content marketing
• Direct mail
• Referral networks
• Any other legal outbound or inbound method

Important: You are responsible for sourcing and funding your own leads list, dialer, and any other tools you use. We do not provide dialers. We do sell cold call lists at cost if you need them — contact us for pricing. We do not mark up the list cost.

Compensation Structure:
Base + Commission
Lead Payout Range: $22–$100 USD per qualified lead (based on quality and lead type)
Average Payout: $40 per lead
Payout Cap: None — unlimited submissions, and unlimited income
Payout Timing: Instant upon lead approval
Payment Method: Bi-weekly direct transfer

Team / Affiliate Program
You can bring reps on under you and earn a lifetime commission on every lead your team submits. You set the split with your sub-reps (for example, 50/50, 60/40 — you pick ) and simply notify us of the agreed-upon split when onboarding them. We manage all payroll for your team. You do not have to chase payments or manage the administrative side — we handle it entirely. This is ideal for:

Quality Requirements and Account Standing
We pay well because we expect quality. Here is how quality is measured and what happens if it drops:

88%+ Quality Rate (2-week average): No restrictions. Unlimited lead submissions.

Below 88% Quality Rate (2-week average): Account is capped at a fixed number of lead submissions per day until quality rate returns above 88%.

Below 80% Quality Rate (2-week average): Account is paused and placed on a 60-day probation period.

Lead Refund / Clawback Policy
We take lead quality seriously. Accounts can be banned if leads are found to be invalid. This mirrors the industry-standard refund criteria. Leads are subject to commission clawback for any of the following reasons:
• Property is actively listed on the MLS at the time of submission
• Property has not been listed for the past 12 months
• Lead is a duplicate already in our system
• Property is a mobile home on leased land
• Lead was submitted by a wholesaler, not the actual property owner
• Property is vacant land
• Property is non-residential (commercial, industrial, agricultural, etc.)
• Address is invalid, non-existent, or cannot be verified
• Contact information (phone/email) is fake or entirely incorrect
• Lead is confirmed spam or bot-submitted
• Seller confirms they never requested an offer and have no intent to sell
• Contact is not the property owner or an authorized representative
• Lead falls outside our active acquisition markets
• Seller explicitly states they are not selling, confirmed on follow-up
• Seller has high price expectations (more than 135% of market value)
+ This includes sellers who were never thinking about selling but would sell for a excessively high asking price.

Submitting consistently poor-quality or fraudulent leads will result in permanent account termination.
