We are a high-growth agency (The Tony-Jarvis Team) serving Tier-1 founders and real estate firms in the USA and UK. We don't do "manual labor"—we build "Logic." We are looking for a Filipino professional who thinks like an Architect and executes with the speed of AI.
?[Your Role: The Logic Engine]
You will not just "do tasks." You will manage the Workflows that keep our clients' businesses running. Your primary goal is to use LLMs (ChatGPT/Claude) and raw logic to automate 80% of your daily output.
?[Key Responsibilities]
?CRM & Lead Architecture: Managing high-volume lead databases and ensuring zero "labor leaks."
?Content Multiplier: Turning raw client transcripts/videos into high-authority LinkedIn and X content using advanced prompting (No 3rd-party wrappers).
?Process Optimization: Constantly looking for ways to "architect logic" using scripts and LLMs.
?Client Command: Acting as the primary point of contact for Tier-1 founders, providing weekly "Intelligence Reports."
?[Required Skillset]
?Advanced Prompt Engineering: You must know how to get 10/10 results from an LLM on the first try.
?Systems Thinking: You enjoy building "Assembly Lines" rather than doing manual data entry.
?Tier-1 Communication: Flawless written English is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable communicating with US-based CEOs.
