Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to review recorded calls and ensure they follow the correct scripts and compliance guidelines.
Responsibilities:
-Listen to and review recorded calls
-Ensure calls follow the approved scripts and processes
-Check for compliance with company standards
-Provide notes or feedback on reviewed calls
-Report any issues or patterns observed
Requirements:
-Strong attention to detail
-Excellent English listening and comprehension skills
-Experience in a call centre or call monitoring role is preferred
-Ability to work independently
-Reliable internet connection
