ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a data-driven and proactive Senior Media Buyer to take full ownership of our paid acquisition channels. In this role, you won’t just be "pressing buttons"; you will be the strategic lead responsible for launching, managing, and scaling high-performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and Tiktok Ads.

The ideal candidate thrives on data, understands the nuances of direct-response creative, and is obsessed with tracking the entire customer journey from the first click to a booked leads or sales.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Campaign Management: Plan, build, and optimize full-funnel ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and Tiktok Ads to drive consistent conversions and revenue.
*Performance Monitoring: Conduct daily audits of campaign performance, monitoring key metrics including CPL, CTR, ROAS, and CPA to ensure maximum profitability.
*Creative Strategy: Lead the end-to-end creative iteration process by analyzing performance metrics and collaborating with copy and design teams to produce high-impact, data-driven assets.
*Testing & Scaling: Structure campaigns for aggressive creative testing and audience research. Identify winning strategies and scale budgets while maintaining efficiency.
*End-to-End Tracking: Monitor the lead flow from the initial ad click through to the final booked appointment, ensuring attribution accuracy and funnel health.
*Communication & Reporting: Participate in weekly strategy calls, provide proactive updates on issues, and deliver clear, insight-led reports (CPA, ROAS, MER, etc.) to stakeholders.


QUALIFICIATIONS
*Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer or Media Planner, preferably within the Australian (AU) market.
*Work Schedule: Fully available for the Australian Eastern Time (AET) business day (9AM to 6PM)
*Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of media buying tools, platform algorithms, and industry best practices.
*Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain "the why" behind the data.
*Problem Solving: A proactive mindset for troubleshooting underperforming campaigns and navigating compliance-sensitive niches.
*Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage vendor/client interactions effectively.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Full time contractor (40 hrs per week)
$2,000 AUD per month, paid via Wise
Work from home with overlap in AEST/AEDT hours
Paid PH public holidays + 20 paid leave days per year
Optional performance bonus tied to delivery metrics and client satisfaction
