Webflow Developer / Web & AI Support Specialist (Remote – Part Time)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Webflow Developer / Web Support Specialist to assist with maintaining websites, supporting digital tools, and helping with emerging AI projects.

This is a part-time remote role (15–20 hours per week). The ideal candidate is technically skilled, organized, and proactive, with experience working across Webflow, web content management systems, analytics dashboards, and webmaster tools.

You will work directly with the Project Manager and help support several digital initiatives including websites, AI tools, and research into emerging technologies.

Required Skills

Candidates must have experience with:

- Webflow website development and maintenance
- Website design and layout
- Web Content Management Systems (CMS)
- PowerBI dashboards
- Website administration / webmaster tasks
- Basic familiarity with AI tools or automation

Bonus if you have experience with:
- Zapier / Make / workflow automation
- API integrations
- SEO tools
- Analytics dashboards
- AI development or prompt engineering

Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintain timely communication with the Project Manager regarding assigned tasks and progress
- Complete assigned work tasks in a timely and professional manner
- Support web development activities related to company websites, digital resources, and online tools
- Assist with website maintenance, updates, and CMS management
- Support AI research, development, and implementation that improves automation and workflows
- Assist with development and testing of AI-enabled tools or integrations
- Conduct research on emerging technologies that may benefit company projects

Participate in project coordination discussions when requested
- Provide advance notice if you expect to miss scheduled work time

Requirements

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience working remotely with international teams is a plus.
