We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote HR and Operations Assistant to support our team during a one-year staff leave coverage. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and supporting multiple areas of operations, including recruitment, onboarding, administrative coordination, and finance documentation.
The position will play an important role in helping us identify and recruit qualified tutors and staff, while also supporting the smooth operation of our administrative and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources and Recruitment (Approximately 50%)
1. Post job openings on recruitment platforms and manage incoming applications
2. Screen candidates and organize applicant information
3. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
4. Assist with preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
5. Help develop and maintain a strong pipeline of tutors and potential staff members
Administrative and Finance Support (Approximately 50%)
1. Provide administrative support including document organization and record keeping
2. Assist with internal coordination and operational paperwork
3. Support finance-related documentation such as invoices, reports, and internal records
4. Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation
Qualifications
* Experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or operational support is preferred
* Experience working with international companies is a plus
* Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
* Excellent written communication skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks
* Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools

Fully remote position, 1-year contract (temporary coverage)
