Call Center Agent/ Solar Appointment Setter

We are hiring experienced Solar Appointment Setters for our outbound call center. This is a high-energy sales environment focused on calling homeowner leads and booking qualified solar consultations.

If you’ve done solar before and know how to dial, handle objections, and set appointments, this is a great opportunity.

Position Details

• Outbound calling to homeowner leads
• Speak clearly and confidently in English
• Set qualified solar consultations on the calendar
• Keep accurate and detailed notes in the CRM
• Follow up with leads when necessary
• Work with urgency and maintain a high dial volume

Requirements

• Previous solar appointment setting experience is mandatory
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners on the phone
• Able to handle objections and move conversations toward an appointment
• Organized and able to keep detailed notes
• Reliable and ready to work hard
