Real Estate Lead Tracer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Research Specialist (or NYC Property Owner Researcher) to join our team, with primary responsibility for identifying property owners across New York City’s five boroughs and locating accurate, up-to-date contact information—including mailing addresses, phone numbers, emails, and beneficial/true owners when properties are held by LLCs or other entities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience navigating public records systems such as ACRIS.
