Marketing & Automation Specialist (GoHighLevel, Ads, Content, Funnels) – Part Time

The Role

This is a **part-time remote role** supporting multiple areas of marketing and automation. In the beginning, you will help with several marketing tasks while we continue to grow and structure the team.

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with digital marketing tools.



Responsibilities

**Marketing & Ads Support**

* Assist with Facebook Ads and Google Ads
* Monitor campaigns and report performance
* Help prepare and launch new ad campaigns

**GoHighLevel & Automation**

* Build and manage funnels inside GoHighLevel
* Set up SMS and email follow-up automations
* Organize and maintain CRM pipelines
* Help improve lead follow-up systems

**Content & Social Media**

* Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
* Create captions and post descriptions
* Schedule social media posts
* Turn project videos into multiple pieces of content

**Website & Landing Pages**

* Help improve landing pages
* Make small updates to marketing pages
* Assist with optimizing forms and lead capture

**Marketing Operations**

* Help organize marketing assets and files
* Track incoming leads
* Support improvements to marketing workflows and systems

### Skills We Are Looking For

Required:

* Experience with GoHighLevel
* Understanding of Facebook Ads
* Basic knowledge of Google Ads
* Ability to edit short-form videos
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently

Bonus Skills:

* Funnel building
* Landing page optimization
* SEO basics
* Experience with home service or construction marketing

### Work Schedule

Part-time remote position.
Some overlap with **U.S. Pacific Time** is preferred.
