Real Estate Lead Generation Virtual Assistant (Probate / Pre-Foreclosure)

Responsibilities

• Pull lead lists (probate, pre-foreclosure, tax delinquent, absentee owners)
• Research property information and ownership details
• Skip trace phone numbers for property owners
• Cold call homeowners using a simple script
• Identify motivated sellers
• Log notes and leads into a spreadsheet or CRM
• Send qualified leads to me for review

Requirements

• Experience with real estate lead generation
• Experience with cold calling homeowners
• Familiarity with probate and foreclosure lists preferred
• Strong English speaking skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Reliable internet connection

Tools (preferred but not required)

• PropStream
• BatchSkipTracing
• Mojo Dialer or similar
• Google Sheets

Hours

Part-time to start: 3–4 hours per day.

Compensation

$5–$8 per hour depending on experience.
Performance bonuses available for qualified leads that result in deals.
