Job Title: Part-Time Sales Development Specialist (SDR)
Location: Remote (Chicago Time Zone preferred)
Hours: Part-Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT) with potential to grow into Full-Time
Compensation: Base + Commission (performance-based incentives)
About the Role
This is not a general admin role. We are looking for a sales-focused, proactive virtual assistant who can:
- Generate leads and fill the sales pipeline
- Cold call and connect with potential clients (especially small law firms)
- Manage communication and onboarding of new clients
- Take ownership of results with minimal supervision
- You will play a critical role in helping the business grow by reaching more potential clients and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce services
- Generate qualified leads and maintain the sales pipeline in HighLevel CRM
- Assist with client onboarding (Zoom calls, account setup, and workflow guidance) as needed
- Create or adapt outreach scripts and messaging for cold calls and
- Track and report performance metrics: number of calls, qualified leads, and closed clients
- Work independently, creatively, and proactively to solve problems and generate results
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on generating results
- Self-starter: able to work independently without micromanagement
- Creative thinking: able to craft outreach strategies and adapt messaging
- Comfortable with tools like HighLevel CRM and Zoom (experience is a plus)
- Organized and reliable with strong time-management skills
- Motivated by performance and commission-based incentives
Preferred Traits
- Previous experience in sales or business development
- Familiarity with small law firms or professional service industries
- Comfortable working part-time initially, with growth into full-time possible
- Goal-oriented: able to track KPIs and contribute to pipeline growth
Performance Expectations
- Generate at least 2 new clients in the first month (stretch goal: 5)
- Build a growing pipeline of qualified leads
- Take initiative and continuously improve outreach strategies
