Graphic Designer - Creative

About the role:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing brands to life across physical and digital platforms, especially product packaging, company collaterals, and event collaterals.

Core responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Design visually compelling product packaging that aligns with brand identity.
- Develop creative event collaterals such as invitations, party favors, banners and signage.
- Develop creative company collaterals such as uniforms, desk calendars, greeting cards, business cards, and stationaries.
- Collaborate with creative team to translate ideas into strong visual concepts.
- Maintain brand consistency while exploring fresh, innovative design approaches.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a primary focus on Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Custom illustration for product packaging and company/event collaterals.

Qualifications:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in graphic design or in a similar field.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and file-handling accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Pacific Time (PST)

Technical Requirements:
- Fast and stable internet connection: minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload.
- A dedicated work station optimized for processing large files with system stability.
