Cad and CNC Programmer Fusion 360

Im looking for a part time assist in programming simple CNC programs using fusion 360. We need help with creating a universal system to quickly change between programs. We need help changing over existing programs on top of creating 2-3 new programs a day. Looking for someone that could improve our current system.
