Senior Estimator

We are a US-based construction estimating firm supporting commercial, residential, and modular projects. We are hiring a senior remote estimator based in the Philippines to perform quantity takeoffs from PDF plan sets.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITY:
Accurate quantity takeoffs delivered in our Excel template. That's the job.

SCOPES YOU MUST KNOW:
- Framing (wood & steel)
- MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
- Finishes (drywall, flooring, paint)
- Roofing & building envelope

MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years estimating experience (commercial or residential)
- Experience with US-standard PDF plan sets and US building codes
- Prior remote work with a US-based construction company
- Your own takeoff software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, OST, or equivalent)
- Advanced Excel — you will work inside our template
- Clear written English — you need to flag issues and communicate without ambiguity
- Reliable internet and dedicated home office

NICE TO HAVE:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
- Background in modular or prefab construction
