Social Media Manager

**Real Estate Social Media Manager (Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn) – Part Time**

We are looking for an experienced **Social Media Manager who has worked with Realtors**.

You will manage the social media presence of a real estate agent based in **Berkeley / Oakland, California (USA)**. The goal is to maintain a **high level of daily content and engagement** across social media.

**Platforms**

* Instagram
* Facebook
* LinkedIn

**Content Schedule**

* **2 Reels/carroussel per day**
* **~10 Instagram Stories per day**
* Content will be repurposed across Facebook and LinkedIn.

**Hours**
Part-time – **14 hours per week across 2 working days**.

**Responsibilities**

* Edit short-form real estate videos (Reels) from raw footage
* Create engaging Instagram Stories
* Write captions in clear English
* Add hashtags and location tags relevant to local real estate
* Schedule posts in advance using Meta Business Suite
* Repurpose content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
* Maintain a consistent daily posting schedule
* Suggest new content ideas related to real estate

**Requirements**

* Experience managing social media for a **Realtor specifically
* Strong experience editing **Instagram Reels and short-form video**
* Experience with **CapCut, Canva, or similar tools**
* Familiar with **Meta Business Suite**
* Excellent written English
* Organized and reliable

**How We Will Work**
I will record raw video clips during the week (property tours, market updates, tips, lifestyle content).
Your role will be to **edit the videos, create posts, and schedule the content for the week across all platforms.**
